Terms of Use
The Board (theboardodds.com) is a free, non-commercial hobby project that publishes statistical model estimates for professional and college sports. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Not betting advice
Everything on The Board — win probabilities, projected scores, “edges”, “value” and “best bets” — is the output of statistical models and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, investment or gambling advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to place any wager. Models are frequently wrong. Our own published track record shows the betting market has been the more accurate forecaster on the same games.
The Board does not accept wagers, does not operate a sportsbook, and is not paid by any sportsbook. Odds shown are collected from third parties, may be delayed or wrong, and may differ from what any sportsbook offers you.
Your responsibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age where you live) to bet on sports. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you and for any decision you make. We are not liable for any losses. If gambling stops being fun, see Responsible gaming.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Data can be missing, stale or incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Board and its creator are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site.
Data and trademarks
Schedules, scores, statistics and odds come from third-party sources credited on the Settings page, including ESPN, nflverse (CC-BY 4.0), Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0) and The Odds API. All rights in that data remain with its owners.
The Board is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, ESPN, any team, or any sportsbook. Team names, logos and league marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the teams.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the site at high volume, attempt to break or overload it, or republish its data as your own product.
